While we are scheduling an outage, we do not anticipate any downtime or service interruption.
We will be upgrading an integral appliance on the MIAD network (not the same unit that was updated this past Monday) and should the update fail (worst case scenario), there will be a noticeable interruption - so we are warning you ahead of time.
Please ensure your important work is saved by 5pm Monday, June 29th.
The update should take about 15-30 minutes and if all goes well, nobody will notice it has occurred.
