Infrastructure Upgrade this Tuesday, July 2nd

An infrastructure upgrade is scheduled to complete this coming Tuesday, July 2nd at 8:30am.

Please ensure you aren't processing any integral work live on the network that won't survive a momentary blip of connectivity loss during that time.

We don't expect any downtime, short of a few seconds (assuming all goes well).

Your shared network drives will likely lose connection and simply need to be re-established, too.  Some Windows PCs may require a reboot to reconnect the shared drives, they tend to get upset when the underlying network configuration changes.

If you experience more than a few moments of downtime, please check https://support.miad.edu before opening any tickets - we'll post a notice there if things progress at a slower rate than expected.  If no updates are present, then please open a ticket as you might be experiencing a hiccup related to the upgrade and we'll address it as soon as possible.
