I Was Charged for a Print, that Never Printed

Print refunds are handled by Digicopy, contact eckes@dcopy.net with the following information (from your MIAD email address):

• Date & time of the attempted print
• Page size
• Grayscale/color?

Also notify the tech desk there was a malfunction with the printer: support@miad.edu
