Forgot Print PIN

You can release without having to logon to the printer console.

Urgently Release a Print, Without Your PIN

1. Logon to your printing dashboard, at https://print.miad.edu
2. On the left menu, select Jobs Pending Release
   • 
3. You'll see a list of your prints queued, release them all, or release them individually, when you're ready - if you have a private print, wait until you're standing in front of the machine before clicking release.

Recover a Printing Pin

Once lost, there's no way to recover your pin, but you can change it from your printing dashboard.

(Resetting your PIN won't affect your balance; your balance is linked to your username, not your PIN.)

1. Logon to your printing dashboard, at https://print.miad.edu
2. On the left menu, select Change Details
   • Set your new PIN
