Phone Backlight

If you'd like to re-enable the backlight on your phone:
Menu (center-most oval buttons, far right) > Basic Settings > Display > Backlight > hit the arrows to select your choice (Always on, always off or a timed duration) > SAVE ..a prompt will appear to inform you the configuration settings are being saved.

In the most recent phone update, the default backlight setting was changed by the phone manufacturer and is now set to dim after 30 minutes.

In addition, the green indicators next to your speed dial list are sensors; green indicates the contact is accepting calls, red indicates their line is busy / receiving a call / on a call.
