The phone system will begin upgrades Friday, October 19th at 4pm.
There will be intermittent availability and we anticipate downtime to last about 30 minutes.
While we will do our best, we do not guarantee voicemails or call histories will be retained. Please save any important messages or numbers you will need, in advance.
Individual phones will also need software updated manually, we will schedule a window with each department to perform the upgrades, which will also incur downtime.
Please let us know if you require specific accommodations with regards to the department scheduling.
