Unfortunately, Mac's don't recognize the Ricoh's accessories and have to be manually configured. This is also at an individual user (local) level, so these will be for your personal settings on your machine.
Make sure you are the administrator of the machine otherwise this will NOT work.
To do this:
Navigate to "localhost:631" in your web browser, and make sure your browser isn't using https, otherwise it will not work
You'll be directed here:
Next Go to printers and select '2nd Floor Color':
Then you will be met with this screen:
Select 'Set Default Options'
Next you will see all of the finishing options, ONLY select the one shown below (Finisher SR5100), selecting others will cause conflict and your settings will NOT work.
Once that's selected you can click 'Set Default Options' and you should be good to go.
