We have been having a few problems with appointment reminders constantly popping up in Zimbra every time a user logs in, even after dismissing the appointment. There is a very simple solution to remedy this issue in your zmail account. If you log in to your Zimbra account and click on the "preferences" tab (it is the further most right tab), after that look to the left of the screen and click on "calendar", this will take you to the calendar preferences page. Once there, there will be a box that says, "play a sound (requires quicktime or Windows Media plugin)" uncheck that box and click "save" (it will be right under the "mail" tab. Log out and the log back in, and this should take care of the problem.
