Sophos Not updating XP

In January Sophos updated some of their security protocols so recent (Februray and March of '09) installs of Sophos from our original Sophos disks which has pervented Sophos from performing updates. TO get those machines updating properly:

-Open auto-update configuration

-Ensure that primary sever is set for MIAD's internal Sophos server

-Ensure that Secondary Sever is set for the external Sophos' Server

-Break the login info on the Primary Server

-Run the update and allow the updating to bounce to the external Sophos server

-Once updating is complete, repair the Primary Server log in information.

-Run updating again

-Once Updating is complete the computer will need to be restarted

-Once restarted sophos should be updating and running properly.
