We are experiencing a server outage that began last night. The effect of this is trouble connecting to MIAD's network. We have temporary workarounds currently in place.
- Staff you need to be plugged into a wired connection until this is resolved to gain network access
- Faculty, students, and other wireless users MIAD's wireless network venus does not need your name and password until this is resolved. You will need to reconnect to venus this morning to make this function.
We will be visiting offices and classrooms to ensure connectivity as we resolve the issue. If you need assistance and we have not gotten to you please contact us support@miad.edu or 414-847-3220.
