We are waiting for a newer version of PaperCut software to be tested and installed on our print server. We believe this may be the source of the printing issues we've been experiencing since installing the new printers. During the testing period, we are disabling the current version of PaperCut software on the print server.
Here's what this means for you:
- Anything you send to the printer will print out automatically at the printer - you won't be able to hold a job in the print queue until you release it at the printer
- You will still need to use your code/PIN to make copies
This is a temporary workaround. We are working to have this issue resolved quickly and permanently so you can enjoy the new printers.
