While we are troubleshooting problems printing to the new printers, please send your print jobs to the DigiCOPY Erie St. store. You can send your print jobs via email: "Erie Street DigiCOPY" <firstname.lastname@example.org> or by going to the DigCOPY MIAD support site: http://dcopy.net/private/miad/ and clicking the Send Files link in the menu. Please remember to include your personal code (NOT your PIN) for billing purposes, the number of printouts you need, whether you want black/white or color, what time you need the printouts, and any other special instructions. They will deliver your printouts to your MIAD mailbox.
