Because of the time involved in making sure all of our new students have access to everything they need with their laptops, our department will respond to your Support Ticket as soon as we possibly can. Please be patient if someone doesn't answer the phone or respond to a Support Ticket as quickly as usual. We are using triage to place priority on all questions, problems and concerns.
