If you send a job to the 2nd-floor Color Printer it will show that it sent properly and is queued for printing. However, when you go to release the job it will say on the printer control panel "Printer Paused" and not release the document . We have notified Digicopy and they're talking with their IT department for solutions and possible causes. In the meantime to print color documents please send them to Digicopy via email or in person.
