MIAD telephone service maintenence outage, Tues., Sept. 28th

Our current phone service provider, Time-Warner Telecom, has scheduled network hardware maintenance on Tuesday, Sept. 28th from 5:00-11:00am.  Their upgrade will last between 30-60 minutes and will take place at some point during this window of time.

The outage will include all MIAD telephone lines, including fax and other outside lines.  Internet service (email, web, streaming, social media, kitten pictures) WILL NOT be affected.

This work will likely take place between 5:00-6:00am but a window like this is set aside by providers to allow for vehicle accidents, late-sleeping field technicians, inclement weather and/or other acts of nature or [fill in your personal, local or galactic deity here].

If you have any telephone calls to make or expect to receive during this six hour period of time please make other arrangements.
