At 7am on Thursday, July 29th MIAD will be changing our telephone provider. Because of the nature of this process there will be NO PHONE SERVICE available for approximately one hour. If you have any calls that must be made or received at that time, please plan in advance and use a cell phone.
This outage will NOT affect MIAD's Internet service or any other service on our network. You will still be able to access email and the Internet in the computer labs, all office workstations/laptops and our WiFi service. Even if your computer is plugged into your Cisco phone, network access will still function normally. Only in-coming and out-going phone calls during this window will be unavailable.
