We are currently experiencing printer issues. As of right now users are unable to release jobs using the printer keypad. Users are also unable to print using Google Cloud Print. Please note that you are still able to release print jobs from your computer or laptop by signing into your PaperCut account online. Follow the link listed to sign into your PaperCut account: http://win-i44v2sin6ol:9191/
If you need to make scans or copies please stop by DigiCOPY to do so. If you use Google Cloud Print please print using a lab computer, the desktop computer next to the 2nd floor color printer or send you jobs to DigiCOPY. Follow the link listed to send your jobs to DigiCOPY: http://dcopy.net/private/miad/
The IT Team is working with both DigiCOPY and Impact to get the issues resolved as soon as possible. Updates will be posted on our support site: support.miad.edu
